Snow will besiege Wave House Belmont Park as a massive three-story rail structure erupts next to the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster and 22 tons of fresh blown snow blankets the beach-front amusement park. Sun Diego Boardshop’s Beanies & Bikinis III snowboard competition and best trick contest will be held Sat.
