I believe that the beach area south of Garnet Avenue (south Pacific Beach and Mission Beach) should be endorsed for those people 15 years old or older. I use the word "endorsed" because I do not believe that a law or strict rule would be proper, but I believe that children (under 15 years old) belong near the north area. Yes...anyone can use any part of the beach, but it would be good that children (those who are 15 years old or younger) stay away from the south PB and north MB area. I am not a party animal (I do not smoke nor drink nor use drugs), but I believe that the whole world should not be forced to be \"family friendly\" or dull! (SPONSOR 02/16/07 8:22pm) REPLY
