is there a neighborhood watch program in Pacific Beach? if so, can someone post the details here. I was recently burglarized and would like to do more in crime prevention in the neighborhood. (SPONSOR 02/18/04 10:09pm)
There was a group formed about 6-7 years ago after a lot of problems. Initial response was great, but gradually fell off as people got tired of doing their turn at patrol from 10pm to 2am - which is when most of the bad stuff happens.
